The route on the cable car is as follows: Medeu, then Shymbulak, then Kombi 1 and the final station Kombi 2. Also, electric taxis cost ₸ 4000 one way between the Medeu and Shymbulak stations.
QR tickets for the cable car are sent to the guest on the day of arrival via a messenger app. Guests receive full information a day earlier also via a messenger app. Guests must contact the hotel in advance or provide contact information in advance.
