  Check-in is done remotely. On the day of arrival, a welcome message containing a Residence Agreement will be sent to the phone number provided during booking. This document must be completed before check-in.

  For check-in, it is necessary to provide original documents proving the identity of each guest: passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, birth certificate (for children under 14) or passport of a foreign citizen, as well as documents confirming the legality of stay in the territory of the Russian Federation (for foreign citizens).

  The following is not recommended on the hotel premises:

  – drinking alcoholic beverages;

  – using tobacco products;

  – public displays of romantic feelings;

  – wearing clothes that do not cover the shoulders and knees, in swimsuits, swimming trunks, or without clothes on the upper part of the body;

  – visiting the gym without appropriate sportswear that covers the knees and shoulders.

  24 hours before arrival, the administrator will contact the guests and send:

  A link to the payment for the stay — if the payment has not been made yet and the guests have chosen the payment upon arrival rate.

  Detailed check-in instructions, including how to find the place, how to get inside the building, the code from the lock to enter the room, the passageway diagram, and any additional landmarks.

  The administrator will also send a link to fill out the accommodation agreement. This agreement must be completed before check — in. After submitting it, guests will have access to all their own entry details.

  If guests have any questions, the administrator is always in touch and helps at any stage.
